The prices of our weeks are determined by seasonal demand and by the size of the suite.

In addition, the owner of the week will be liable for the following levy:

Levy	R2,700	R2,900	R3,300	R3,500
The levy is payable annually in advance and is subject to an annual escalation of the greater of 9% or CPI. The levy can be fixed for the first three years.

Interval International fees are currently listed as follows:

Membership – R890 for 3 years
Exchange Fees – R395 (per exchange) for Europe, and R1,150 (per exchange) for the USA
